About:Shanghai Hongqiao Airport

I will be staying overnight at a Hotel less than 2km from Hongqiao. I will take a Taxi in the morning from the Hotel to Hongqiao. When I called the Hotel, they told me the Taxi would be about 30RMB. Sounds a bit high for a ride less than 2km. Or, is there some big "Toll" to enter the airport?

It seems that all cars should pay CNY15 to enter into the airport. If so, the fare of CNY30 is reasonable.
