Are there Shanghai maps in Pudong Hotel where I can get one after arrival?

How should we go to JinJiang Hotel from the hotel we're staying? We want to have a taste of Moon Shanghai Restaurant in its 11th floor. We'd also like to take the sight seeing bus from here.

Will 5 days be too long to explore Shanghai and its food? What foods do you suggest I should not miss and are gems of Shanghai?
