What bus should I take from airport to Regal Oriental Hotel?

The festes way: take airport express train to Kowloon station and then take free shuttle bus K4 to the hotel directly. The cost: 90HKD.
The cheapest way: airport bus E23 and get off at Regal Oriental Hotel. Cost: 18HKD

Thanks for your valuable response.I have few more queries as well which are as follow :

-Please advise how is the Regal Oriental Hotel as we have booked it and is it far from the city ?

-What would be the cost for one day pass of Disneyland ?I am working in carlson Wagonlit Travel and is it true that we will get 50pct travel agent discount in Disneyland ?

-Me and my husband are coming for three nights and we have not taken any package so could you please assist me how can we best planned our days.
