About:China Visa Fees

Hello,
I have a question, if someone is blacklisted, is there a way to get off this black list?
I have a friend who is in detention now, overstayed LONG time, because the passport was taken by a agency for about 2 years, but my friend never did anything wrong besides this. My friend really wants to return to China, but is afraid to be blacklisted.
Hope somebody has some information to help me

Mr.Gunter, it is almost impossible to get off the blacklist if he has been in the list of blacklist, he can have a try to explain this overstaying to police officer, if the police office is kindhearted and helpful, then he has the chance to get off the blacklist.

if they could approve your visa then everything will be ok
