About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

Hi,

I have a business visa type F, Multiple entry, 60 day duration of each stay, enter before DEC 2010.

I have been in the country for roughly 40 days and I am leaving in two weeks to not go over my alloted 60 days. My question is this; as of now, I am flying to the Philipines for the weekend then flying right back to China. Is this enough time between visits? No one ever specified how long I have to leave the country before re-entering. My Visa does not expire until december of 2010. Will I be allowed back into the country when I fly back from the Philipines with this same visa?

Any help/advice is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Drock

Yes, sir, it does work. Even a few hours in Hk or Macau is considered as an exit from China, and your visa is still valid when returen to China.
