can someone tell me how bad is the drought in guilin now?

Can someone tell me how bad is the drought in Guilin now? I heard that the lake & part of Li River is drying up. How bad can this affected our holiday from April 1 to April 7. Will there be possible water rationing during this time. Honest information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks..URGENT!!

Hi, we are Malaysians and arrived in Guilin a few days ago, but currently in Yangshuo. Heard from the tour agencies that the drought is affecting Guilin. So far, the only activity that is impacted is the Li River cruise from Guilin>Yangshuo, due to the low water level. We did take the 4 lakes and 2 rivers cruise in Guilin.No water rationing for showers etc in hotels.Weather is different daily.  Today, we enjoy another sunny day, so we quickly took the bamboo raft ride from Yangdi>Xingping, which has the loveliest view.

Recently, the days are sunny but still cool sometimes so that a jacket is needed. You could take the Li River Cruise all the same, but the voyage may be shorter.
