Our son, Thibaut Randaxhe, staying in Taiwan till June, got a reservation made on his flight for 17 march (in 48 hours)! to go back to Brussels. He didn't make this reservation and is not intended to leave Taiwan earlier than June.

Where can he go to personally cancel this flight?
