i'm confused about the various means of transport from luohu, shenzhen to hong kong.

Question

I'm confused about the various means of transport from Luohu, Shenzhen to Hong Kong.1)  If i take the train from Shenzhen Railway Station, do i have to transfer somewhere BEFORE continuing the rest of my journey to Hong Kong via its MTR?  2)  OR is there a direct train ride all the way to Hong Kong itself?  3)  OR is there a direct MTR Hong Kong ride all the way to Hong Kong itself?Thank you.

When you arrive at Shenzhen Railway Station, please follow the directions walking to the Luohu customs border. After the inspections of Shenzhen and Hong Kong customs respectively, you will enter into Hong Kong. Then, you should take the KCT East Rail Train of Hong Kong from the border to downtown area.
