my name is marian, am a nigerian and i got a visa to visit singapore, with this singapore visa, i would like to visit hong kong. is it possible to get a licensced agent that can process my hong kong visa in singapore doing my stay.

Mrs.marian, generally speaking, you should apply for Hong Kong visa at Chinese embassy or consulate in Nigeria, or submit your visa application to the HKSAR Immigration Department either directly by post or through a local sponsor. I'm not sure that you can apply for hk visa through a licensed agent. You can have a try, good luck!
