About:Transportation of China

I wish to travel from Shanghai to Beijing stopping in several cities in the 2nd. half of 2010. How hard is it going to be to buy train tickets find platforms, etc at the large stations as I speak no Chinese, only English. I have done this in Japan, Thailand, Italy, Spain etc with no trouble but in those countries there is usually some English signage

Mr.Australia,

Don’t worry. It is not as hard as you imagine. You can ask help from the staff at the railway station.
