Is there any bus from Pudong Airport to Zhou Zhuang?
J arrived at Shanghai the 15 july at 13 h PM, it is posible to go at zhouzhuang direct?

no, there is not direct bus from the airport to Zhouzhuang. You should take airport bus Line 5 to Shanghai Railway Station and take direct bus at Shanghai Long-distance Bus terminal nearby at 16:50.

The above conversation was discuss in 2010. What about present situation? What should i do to get the direct buses for going to Zhouzhuang?

There is diffference.
Now, you can take the local subway line 2 to reach People Square and then change to line 1 to reach Shanghai Gymnasium.
After that, you can find the direction boards in the subway station or ask the staff to find the exact position of the local Tousim Center to take the bus for Zhouzhuang.
