hi, we will be in hk hopefully soon. our arrival in hk will be 9 pm.one of our friend will arrive at 12midnight. we will be from philippines via phil airlines.are we allowed to stay at the arrival lounge until 12midnight? and is it safe to wait in there?please kindly help us with this.. thank you very much for taking time  to reply us.
