About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Dear Sir,

We have 3 staff that are Chinese Nationals. They are invitied by our supplier to a sales conference in Singapore on 22-26 February. They have tried applying for visa in Shenzhen but the reply is that it is too late as the ambassy is already closed due to the coming Chinese New Year. For such cases, what alternatives can they come to Singapore? Is there any way that we can apply visa on their behalf in Singapore? Please advise. Tahnk you.
