About:China Business Visa

Is it legal to work for a company in China with a F- visa as long as the company does not pay you.

I want to work for a company to get experience of working in China, but the company cannot get permissions for the Z- visa. I am wondering if i would be able to get two 6 month F-visas to work for them.

If your company can apply for an original visa notification from an authorized government unit, such as Foreign Affairs Office, an issue you an invitation letter, then you can apply for F visa, otherwise, it is hard for you to get the Business Visa.
