Hi, I will be visiting Guilin on the 24th of Feb. My brother's girlfriend, whom is from China said that during this period, the water level of the river would be quite low and will that affect our sightseeing? And also whats the actual weather like during this time and whether it is necessary to bring along thick clothings. Thank you very much.

She said right~ Sometimes the Li River cruise has to stop since the less water. However, there is no effection on other tour spots. The weather will be cold and humid, so please wear long johns and warm sweater, overcoat.
