About:Shenzhen Travel

First of all thank you guys your suggestions help us entire tour in hong kong & Macau.
We were two family of 10 person including kids in Macau on 30/12/09,as per your suggestions we were going to Shenzhen by ferry through Shekou boarder where we were about to get the one day Visa to enter in china as per your website informed us, but when we about to get the ticket for ferry the person on ticket counter had told us not to go to shenzen as we were not having the Visa. even we had spoken to the china ambassy person on shekou boarder via phone. They said some time ago this facility had been stoped
I just wanted to know...........
1 whether we had done right thing to not approached shekou boarder for one day Visa as we did not wanted to waste our money on Ferry ticket ?
2 we were again planning to go in March so can we get the one day visa on Shekou boader ?
Finaly, should we beleive you & should have entered on that day in shekou. Please check with ambassy & informed me as on 30/12/09 the china ambassy were able to give one day visa to Indians ?
I know you people can do it because you guys are MAGICIAN & proved me every information given by you about my last tour was tasted O.K.

Well, the embassy staffs set at the border have the right of refuse to issue you a visa. On the other hand, the policy is changeful without information. I have met two foreingers, who were refused to get this visa with no reason.

To make sure you could enter into Shenzhen, it is suggested that you apply for a China visa in your country in advance. Or, you could apply for a China visa in Macau although it will take you 1~3 days to receive it.
