About:Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles

Dear China Consulate Los Angeles, or whomever may assist:

I am a student applying for a scholarship to study in China from the China Scholarship Council. It is my understanding that, as a southern California resident, my first application will be to your consulate.

Would you be so kind as to inform me of the individual to whom my application should be addressed, and agency number that is required to fill out the scholarship forms? If my understanding is in error, I would greatly appreciate that information as well. I am very much hoping to have the opportunity to learn more about China through my study experience.

Thank you very much,
Maria
