About:Guangzhou Railway Station

There is currently no Guangzhou Metro line to the new Guangzhou North Station. (This the station where the new high speed trains to Wuhan start from).

Does anyone know if there is a regular train connection between Guangzhou (old station) or perhaps Gunagzhou Dong ( East) and the new North station?

No, you can find direct bus from the bus station of Guangzhou East Railway Station to the North Railway Station. Other five bus station in the city center of Guangzhou also have the direct bus routes, such as Tianhe bus station, Fangcun Bus station, etc.
