You may have problem if you do not have your passport stamed at the immigration when you leaving from Hong Kong. Do you have your passport stamped when you leave from Hong KOng to Macau and while entering Macau?! If so, you will have it stamped when you get back to Hong Kong from Macau and then no problem while leaving for Shenzhen from HK. If you have trouble while pass the custom, you can explain and they can check through other records to prove not being a sneak landing.
