About:Hong Kong International Airport

Dear Ms. Liz,
thanks for your recommendations. Where else can we stay in the airport besides the pay lounges, actually somewhere where we don't need to pay? are there any? thanks again

I think you could stay at a restaurant or dim sum shop located in the Arrival Hall of Hong Kong Airport. Maybe a simple breakfast. Of course, you could have seats in the Arrival Hall for free. And then, around 06:00, you could take the bus A21 from Hong Kong Airport to arrive at Hung Hom train station directly.

Dear Ms. Liz,
Just got back from Hongkong and all your recommendations were useful.
All 5 of us, (2 adults and 3 kids including a 4 yr. old) slept on the available seats at the airport lobby just beside the entrance of the airport train express. The seats were comfortable and the place were safe. A lot of passengers arriving were doing the same, good thing the lobby chairs were more than enough for us.
Each passenger occupies 3 chairs so you can lie down comfortably.
Almost all restaurants were closed except 7 eleven, so better have HKG$ ready when you arrive because the money exchange only opens 6:00am. Yes, we took the A21 bus to Hung Hom train station on our way to Guangzhou, and we were surprised to know it was the cheapest and convenient mode of transportation (our kids 11 and below even got 50% discount for the bus fare).I hope this will be helpful to others who are traveling HK with flights arriving in the wee hours of the morning. Many thanks again.
