Is there an official end date? I understand that it officially starts on January 5th and reportedly runs for one month. Does that make the finishing date February 5th? Basically, what i'm asking is: Will the snow and ice sculptures still be lit up through February? I ask this because I plan to arrive in Harbin February 5th or 6th, but will change plans if I can't see the sculptures by night.
