Hi,I will be in Shanghai 8th  - 14th December, and was wondering if the new Happy Valley Amusement Park would be open then? Even if it is open, will it be too cold to visit and go on roller coasters?

Yes, Shanghai Happy Valley will be open during that time. It is cold as it's in winter, but it won't be a problem to visit or go on roller coaster. Wish you a good time.
