Can someone please help out with regards accommodation as well as how to get to INTEX Exhibition centre from Nanjiing Road. Is there a METRO that can get me there. If not, would it be better for me to stay near INTEX. My husband and I have never been to Shanghai before and we are attending a Wedding Fair in January 2010. Would it be better for us to stay near Nanjiing Road? Your advice is much appreciated. Thank you in advance. Christina

Well, you could book a hotel along the Nanjing Road. Here, you could take the subway Line 2 and then get off at Loushanguan Lu station. The center is located about one kilometers to the south of the subway station. If you would like to ease the trip. you could find a hotel around Zhongshan Park, from where you could get to the center by taxi easily. The fare is just around 12RMB.
