Thanks for the reply. Just to clarify what do you mean by "take it easy". I would love to enjoy the local cuisine but a little concern over the contamination of their water. Lead, Arsenic and other toxic metals contamination are odorless and tasteless. I guess am looking for some reassurance so that I can enjoy the food in China without worrying too much. After all one cannot avoid being concerned after all the bad publicity especially with the recent lead poisoning of the children over there. Hope you understand my concern.
