hello
i will travel from Cairo to Seoul south Korea and have transit 5 hours in PVG air port to connection
it is easy or need a Visa or maybe have any problem

No, you do not need any kind of visa because your layover in Shanghai will be covered by 24 hour visa free transit. Also you do not have to perform any formality nor will you fill out any forms. You will not be a subject of immigration and/or customs inspections. It is so easy and straightforward. You will just walk from one to the other gate and all that you will encounter will be a security check. Have a nice journey.
