About:Exit Regulations of China

I have heard that Customs will take your items such as purses and other things purchased at the markets. I have also heard that there is a "crackdown" on knock-off items and they may also be confiscated. Is this true? I plan on buying all of my Christmas gifts while in Beijing and want to be sure I can return with them. Advice, please!

Hi, it is not true. The customs will only take the things which are not prohibited to take!
