Question

HiI am chinese citizen with AUS PR, currently in Melbourne. I am about to go overseas for 2 weeks, but my Chinese passport is going to expire in March 2010. I heard that the custom may not let me travel, because my passporrt is not valid for at least 6 months. Is this true?Can i just go overseas on this passport, and when i come back, then i can go to extend my passport?THanks

If yu can get the visa for yoru trip to overseas with the present passport, then you can go overseas with this passport and renew your passport after the trip.
