About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

Hi,

My husband, his parents, sister and brother-in, and I are planning a trip to China in July/Aug. 2010. Since there isn't a Chinese Embassy in Bermuda where is the best place to send our visa application? I am a Canadian citizen and they are Bermudians. Do we have to apply in person or can someone do it for us? Can we send all of the applications to the same place or do I have to send mine to Canada and they send theirs to the US?

I was reading about the visa process on one of the websites. It made mention that children of Chinese descent need to send a copy of documentation from one of their parents. My father is of Chinese descent but I don't think he was born in China but in the West Indies. Would I still need to get his documentation to send in with my application?

Thanks for your help.

I think both Canidians and Bermudians can apply for China visa in Canada. You can go to the China embassy to apply for the visa in person or entrust a friend or travel agency to process the visa for you on your behalf.
You could contact the China Embassy in Canada to get more exact China visa info..
