About:Shenzhen Travel

Hi, I am an Indian, holding an Indian Passport living in Singapore. I am a Singapore PR. I need to travel to Hong Kong. From HK, I will be going to Shenzhen by road for 2 days. Since I am getting multiple answers about what type of visas, where to apply etc, I would urge you to please clarify whether I need any visa? And if I do, where can I get it from?
Chinese embassy requires a round trip ticket to apply for China Visa but I am going to HK and then going to Shenzhen by road, so how do I show them round trip ticket?

Please help...

Thanks.

If you will just stay in the Special Economic Zone of Shenzhen, you could apply for a an 5-days' on-site visa when you enter into Shenzhen from HK. No China Visa or round trip ticket is required. For example, if you will go to Shenzhen through the Luohu Port, you could apply for the on-site visa from the immigration there. Just hold your valid passport~

Thanks for your reply Mr Sam. I am not very sure of the 5-day SEZ Visa as I have been told that only HK residents get this pass. I am not a HK resident. I am an Indian who lives in Singapore as a Permanent Resident.
Is that the only option I have?

Hi Raju, this onsite visa is supplied for foreign travellers specially, totally different from the one issued to HK residents.
