Take East Rail Line in Hong Kong to Lo Wo, pass to Shenzhen, and then take subway line 1 at Luo Hu, get off the WOW station.

It depends on the time you need to pass to Shenzhen from Hong Kong through Luo Hu. Subway trips are fast. Here is a HK metro map that may be helpful
