Hi guys. I'll be in HK for work next week and I have extended my trip so I can look around the city abit. I want to visit Mong kok and I am wondering if anyone could recommend me decently priced hotels in the area? my budget is 100US a night.I am good with boutique hotels and do not require a very good one since I will be out shopping mostly. :)I will have 2 and a half days to explore the city. If someone could recommend me places fit in my itinerary such as where to eat, where to buy famous Lao po bing, that will be great!Thanks

Please consider the Casa Hotel and The Cityview, both of which are very close to the MTR station. So, you could go to other area for shopping easily. On the other hand, around them, there are many good local restaurants for your choice. From Mong Kok,you could go to the Lady's Street, or China Hong Kong City and the Harbour City, two of the largest shopping plaza in Hong Kong. And, walking along then Nathan Road, you will find many boutiques.
