HiI have residence chinese visa. it will expire on the 6 of nov. I'm in Ausytralia and will travel on the 3 of nov back to Beijing. Will i have any problem because my visa expire soon after i get there. My husband is working in Beijing; so the idea is to apply again for a residence.

What's meaning of residence Chinese visa? do you mean the temporary residence permit on your passport? You can apply for a new visa as soon as you arrive in Beijing. You can apply for a work visa as the accompanying member of your husband or tourist visa for the purpose of visiting family members.
