About:Shenzhen Travel

Hi I am a Singaporean and would like to know if I need a travel visa to tour Shenzhen if I travel via Macau. I was confused by some information which say it is a requirement if travel from Macau and not a requirement if travel via HK.

I hope you could clarify. Thanks

Yes, you should apply for a visa to Shenzhen. Well, at the customs ports from HK to Shenzhen, travelers could apply for a 5-days' onsite visa to enter into the Special Economic Zone of Shenzhen. But, if you would like to enter into Shenzhen via Macau, you should apply for a China Visa in advance.
