Hello,I'm holding a Philippine passport and planning to go to Shenzhen(windows of the world) for day tour and will return back to Hongkong on the same day. Can I get a VISA at the HK Lu Hu border? Please advise. Thank you.

I heard that the Luohu office has stopped issue visas to philippines passport holders recently, so you'd better apply for the visa in Philippines before your travel.
