About:Embassy of Malta in China

I am wondering how late is the Barkhor area open for shopping? And what about local stores and department stores, how late are they open?

When will you travel to Tibet? In winter, the shops in the Barkhor Street would be closed at around 19:00 and the shopping departments would be closed at around 19:30.
