Shenzhen Luohu Bus Station has buses to Qingyuan at 07：40 09：10 10：30 13：20 15：30 17：00 20：00 (230km). Then you can change buses to Lianzhou then.

I just know the Futian station SHENZHEN to LIANZHOU's bus schedule:7:30 11:40 ,6:10 ,7:00 ,8:40  ,8:35 ,9:00 ,6:30 .It cost about 120.00RMB.
