About:China Area & Zip Code

Hi! if somebody could help me to know how many numbers have a cell phone in china ?? and how i need to dial from mexico to that cell number there?? that helps me a lot please!!! i know that country code its 86 and area code its 10 but i dont know how to complete the full dialing.
Please give me an example of the dialing.

HI, first you need to dial the exit number of mexico: 00, then dial the country code of china: 86 and then the cell phone number. The cell phone number is 11 digital in china. So, your dial should be 00 86 11 digital cell phone number.

Mobile : +86-15833928844 no city number after 86
Fixed phone: +86+10+number there is a city number after 86, and delete the first 0.
