About:Macau Visa Policy

Hi, I'm Iranian passport holder. I have a single entry visa to Hong Kong. I need to know if I enter HK and then go to Macau from there can I come back to HK with the same VISA? or I need to have Double-Entry visa. IOW leaving HK to Macau is considered as a passing border and my Visa get invalidated?
TQ
