1.It take about 20.00 RMB for entrance the bars/clubs in Luohu.But sometimes is free2.From Luohu,you can take 103 or 360 to visit the beach--XiaoMeiSha.But Luohu is big, I'm not sure if it would have these buses where you are stand.You'd better go to the nearest station and ask somebody.They would be very pleased to help you.
