About:Chinese Embassy in Norway

would like to finish the tour at the Nepalese border and then cross it into Nepal independently. Is that possible?

Sure, you can pass the Friendship Bridge between China and Nepal from Zhangmu, Tibet. The Friendship Bridge is far from Katmandu, I suggest you arrange your transportation in advance.
