Hi  I want to visit Shenzhen and stay a night before I pass on to Guangzhou from Hong Kong. Please advice about the transport.

Do you mean the transport from Shenzhen to Hong Kong and then Hong Kong to Guangzhou? Get to Hong Kong from Shenzhen, you should get to Luohu first, where you can take HK East Railway or direct train to Hong Kong. Hong Kong Hung Hom trail way Station has direct trains to Guangzhou East Railway Station.
