About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hi, my manager is travelling to Tianjin for a workshop training for 4 days. He will apply for a single entry business visa. Does he still need the official letter of issuance of visa from the authorised deparment?

If youe manager is a singaporean passport holder, he won't need any visa for his training in China for 4 days.
