THANK YOU SISLEY, I already found the information Ineeded, it is: 221 bus near Taiyuan Jie walmart supermarket, and get down at the stop of Shi Gukeyiyuan,(a orthopedic hospital of shenyang city), then take the 383 bus and there is a stop called Guaipo scene
