About:Beijing Capital Airport Shuttle Bus

Hi,
I'm coming from terminal 2 and not yet decided which option to take getting into the city (Donghuamen Dajie). My companion and I are arriving in Beijing around 12 noon (PEK time)on a Sunday. Your comments will be greatly appreciated:
1. Is it a long walk from the baggage claim to train station?
2. Is it convenient (wheeled luggages in mind) to transfer from the airport line to Metro line 2 (Dongzhimen then Jiangoumen) then from Jiangoumen to Metro Line 1 (Tiananmen Xi). From Tiananmen Xi, I plan to take a Taxi to Donghuamen Dajie
3. How much will it approximately cost by the taxi route and train route indicated?
4. Given traffic conditions at the time of arrival, would you recommend a train or taxi?
Hope to hear from you soon, have a pleasant day!

Firstly, I think you don't have to take the airport metro and then transfer in downtown area. Actually, I think you could take the airport shuttle bus Line 2 to Xidan (16RMB). Get off the bus, you could hire a cab to Donghuamen Dajie which is close to Tiananmen Dong not Tiananmen Xi (about 10RMB).

You could find the shuttle bus station just out of the Arrival Hall, very easy.
