About:Foreign Embassies & Consulates in China

Hello.I came from the Philippines but ive been working here in China for a year now.I had a boyfriend which is foreigner here in China also.We are planning to get married in the Philippines.My question is do we both need to comply or get Certificate of Legal Capacity to contract Marriage?Is it possible for us to comply this documents in the nearest embassy of our country in Beijing since we are presently working here in China?I hope you will able to answer my questions.Thank you.

Yes, both of you have to contact your embassy in China to process your marriage certificate.
