About:Dual Nationality

Dear Mr.Yina. Thank again. You are right !! He used me and my kids to get their Citezenship i can"t do anything. But how i bring him into the court?? How ??? In China laws is apply to him but in Australia not. Where i can find a judge??please help thank you

He is already an australia citizen, why the law does not apply to him? I am sorry that i can help you analyze,but i do not know the law. I am sure that the action of him is illegal but i do not know how to take him into court. I am so sorry that i can not help you!
