About:China Southern Airlines

Excuse me, i am not sure what kind of form this is, but i have purchased a return ticket from xian to islamabad, and i am in pakistan now, but now i am being told that on my return date of 9 August (CZ6009) there is not flight, can you please tell me these
1: on which day can i get back?
2: how much would you give me back if i return the ticket now?
3: can i change my existing ticket to another route? or other company?

I suggest you consult your airlines or your booking agent directly. They should know more about the details and the flight availability of your return flight. If you intend to change it to another route or other company, you can contact the office of China Southern Airlines. The refund fee varies according to different cabins.
