I'm eager to know whether the cruise company offer activities for little Children's, like a day care , kindergarten ?

I’m afraid not. On the cruise, only the common activities will be arranged, such as the shore excursion, the culture program, evening show and so on. You are kindly advised to take care of your children by yourselves.
