About:China Work Visa

I currently have a multi-entry tourist visa and I am set to apply for my Z-visa in Singapore. I have two questions.

1) On the PRC Embassy in Singapore website, they list a medical report as a required document but don't provide a list of certified clinics to havethe physical done nor is their a form on can take to the doctor to complete. Does anyone have experience with wether this is really a requirement and if so where ca I go in Singapore to take the exam? Note, my employer says I will take a required physical upon my arrival.

2) Once I have my z-visa, can I still make a leisure trip to China and enter using my stil valid multi-entry tourist visa? I would like to enter and exit China with the tourist visa and then enter shortly after with my Z-visa and report to my employer.

1)The common rule is that complete the first part of the physical examination form firstly for your visa application by taking a check at a state-owned hospital in Singapore, and then fulfil it after your check in China. However, China embaasy in different countries may have different rules, you still have to confirm this with the China embassy in singapore.
2)If you have had a Z visa, then your multi-entry visa will expire automatically even if it is still valid.
