can we pay for a all-tibet photo pass? how much are these fees?

All-Tibet photo pass is not available. The regulation for each sightseeing spot in Lhasa is different, and the expenses standards are also different, you may follow the rules of each temple and pay on the spot. The clear signs are available within each hall.
